05 TSX vs. 09 Mazda 3 sedan
i was wondering which car would win. im the owner of the tsx and my friend has the mazda 3.. his is stick shift and mine is automatic.. what do you guys think? oh and no mods are added to any car

Yes it matters. The bigger engine has more ponies and torque. If it does and being the fact that it is stick (assuming the person can drive OK) it should be close. The Acura has more power but higher weight whihc does not help.

i bet on Acura
because of Mazda 3 engine (MAZDA 3 power engine: 1.6-litre petrol: 105 ; 2-litre petrol (auto only): 138 ; 1.6-litre diesel: 109 ; 2.2-litre diesel (150hp) ; 2.2-litre diesel (185hp) and because is a Acura

Hey Yoz!
Here in the states we have a different engine choices for both vehicles. The Mazda 3 in the states comes with a 2.3L 4cyl w/ 156HP and 150TQ and weighs in at 2900lbs or so. Our TSX comes with the 2.4L 4cyl with 201HP and weighs in at almost 3300lbs.

i think the tsx would win, because i drove the mazda 3 before i think its crap, i drove the 07 tho and it was rented so yea, i was on my way to Arizona and theres a few long str8 away, so i decided to floor it, didnt go anywhere the engine was roaring, but it barely even move and i did this on a rolling start and at stop sign when i was there in Arizona. The Acura overall will take out the mazda 3 for sure! if both was stock

Where you at in MD? You can head to Capital raceway in Crofton if you're close. Yea, it costs money, but you get an official time slip too so u can see what kind of times you're running

well he lives like in hyattsville md. nd im in nw dc.. but i doubt we race anytime soon.. cuz he is busy plannin his baby shower nd stuff.. so he has that to worry about... sorry for no updates. really wished i could of raced..
