Fuel pressure test?

Fuel pressure test?
I have a 2005 tsx that has about 260k miles on it, I have noticed while accelerating that it doesn't shift until about 4500rpm's, I have plugged in the code reader and it registered no codes, I was told to do a fuel pressure test on it which I have not yet, but I was just wondering if there are any other common problems that I could check for before I pressure test it, I only have limited knowledge on the mechanics of cars but at the same time, I don't have the finances to replace the fuel pump at this time. I'm not sure if I have even explained the problem efficiently enough to diagnose it, but any ideas would help. Thank you for reading and or for your response

Fuel pressure is unlikely to affect AT shift points. Fuel pressure will affect starting and drivability (poor acceleration, missing).
I checked shop manual and did not see anything in the symptoms diagnostic chart that directly applied to your problem. If ATF has not been recently changed, it would be worth a replacement. Some problems are fixed by replacing ATF. Cost of fluid is <$50.
good luck
