I'm in a very spirited debate with the dealership that I bought my '08 from. The light came on last Thursday, the first night I bought it approximately 20 miles after leaving. I immediately called my salesman to report it. i was given a 30 day ride guarantee. It has come on at least 9-10 times since. It has been taken back 3 times with the TSB notification in hand to show them the problem. I finally called the Service Manager yesterday whom is a friend from a Mitsubishi dealership and gave him the low down. He asked me to bring it over yesterday to have his master tech check for any other codes. There were not any. Today he informed me that after research, his tech found something and that he needed to speak to the Sales Manager regarding the issue. However, the Sales Manager was out of the office today, so he would speak to him on Monday and get back with me. We'll see what happens. I'll keep you posted.
