what is the HAC OP fuse for?
A good amount of threads bring it up, but for some reason the people answering said threads have not explained it. Is it needed for my 04 non-navi standard? Even if it isn't I would still like to know what it's for, being the curious tyke that I am .

What's the fuse number and which box (under-dash or engine compartment)?
