Bustedhonda

So I had absolutely no problems with my navi had this car for 2 n half yrs now, went into the store for 10 mins then started my car and immediately sayed downloading software, with grey screen. After about 1 min it says check disk and stays grey, it doesn't loop or reboot or anything no bottons work will not go in to diagnostic just says check screen and it will stay like that untin I turn off the car, does every time not sometimes every time...I have cleaned the lense once and not a sing disk scratch the ROM drive is extremely clean even for being 7 yrs old...08 accord v6 sedan...no money to send to alpine anything else I can do
