help identifying missing engine bay parts/bolts

So I recently changed out my battery, and noticed that some bolts are definitely missing and there's a broken clip on what appears to be the cover for my air intake? It's the plastic cover that's right in front of the battery. See the pictures attached. I need the part number for the single clip that's still in there in the top left of the picture. And I'm assuming there are two bolts missing in the other two circled areas to the left and right. My other question is that if there is a clip also in the empty circled area (see arrow) in picture number one. Many thanks to anyone who can ID these part numbers for me either on their car or through some other method.

I'm pretty sure some idiot who was doing my last smog test forgot to put the bolts back on and broke the clip that's still in there. It's hanging on by a thread at this point.

Awesome. I have the helms manual, but I had no idea where to look in it! Luckily it looks like all three clips are the same type. $3 on ebay!
