Very nice pickup. I'm very intrigued by this thread since I'm considering a FA5 or a 06-08 TSX. Would you mind providing a brief review/comparison? I would definitely like to hear your oppinion.
The car looks so much better with the new springs. How does the ride compare to stock?
Thanks ahead of time!

Comparing the FA5 to the CL9...CL9 is better, highlights:
-Torque
-Ride qlty (upper/lower control arms @ all 4 corners)
-Leather
-Gas mileage (25 mixed/35+ highway)
-Interior qlty (finish/materials/room)
-It's a midsized Acura, not a "Civic"
-Cheaper than a FA5 (they're going for near $20k around me w/ similar miles, this was $15k)
-Projector headlights
Thats my $.02... It's a DD for me. I'm not racing it or beating on the car from every stop sign/light. I wanted a reliable/economical vehicle that was quick/nimble in traffic... the TSX fit the bill.
Only thing it doesn't have, compared to the FA5, is a LSD and the shorter gearing. The LSD is nice to have in the winter months because I live in an area with hills. The shorter gearing doesn't effect me, it's just something I noticed. Both items is no worry to me by not having them.

Thank you very much for the input. I think you've really summed up the differences well and made my decision easier.
^This is almost exactly what I'm looking for. I have a second car for weekend/track duty so my daily needs to be everything you listed above.
Cheers

Boring Teacher
THAT WAS MY BABY!!! He's still my profile picture. I miss that car so much! I'm so glad that someone owns it that is really taking care of it. Be nice to my baby! It's so nice to see it again.

Front is stock perch
Rear is lowest perch
If you look, when I had the rear on the stock perch... there was a good bit of rake. When I lowered the rear down (20mm)... it even brought the front up a little too because more weight transferred to the rear

does it keep the speedometer accurate? and i think the stock tires are 205 not 215, so i think they told me 205 wouldnt fit, but i noticed a drop in gasmilage with wider tires that why i wished i had my old one but the type s wheels on a tsx look so good lol

Stock tire size is 215/50 17

TL wheels are 17x8 +45 (TL's come with 235/45's)
When you put the 215/50's on the TL wheels, it fits great. Looks great. Really fills out the wheel-well of the TSX properly (due to the lower offset, ~.4" difference). No rubbing either.

i need to find the thread that said it was going to be to wide of a wheel for a 215 cause it was on azine, dang just sold my old wheels with the tires on them too and the tires i got for my type s wheels suck.

I got p0138 cel code 3 times since February. twice was with snow. once was with heavy rain.
Doesn't look out of the ordinary... changed it anyway though. Delphi off rock auto for 50
It was nice to have vacuumed under the passenger seat, since you need to unbolt it to get to the connector. so I even unbolted the drivers seat to clean under there. ha
I dunno if its a placebo effect or its real... cars throttle seems to respond better now when shifting
