I don't have many pics of myself so it was hard to find something to post.
I have a pic from vacation in Mexico where I'm standing with a girl in a bikini, but I don't want to offend anyone so here's a tamer (albeit uglier) one

I've seen this done on several sites, girls posting pics of models claiming to be them. It was just a matter of time before someone found the pic on a porn site or something.

The photo looks like a frame grab from a video clip. Or maybe a phone cam? It's got that speckled RGB look from a lower-res source.
So either:
1) You're dead on and it's a cheap ripoff.
OR
2) She doesn't own a digicam or a scanner or KNOW anone who does and this is the best/only shot she could get.
So which is it Law Girl?
