How to order rear sunshade for TSX?

I am trying to figure out how to order the rear sunshade for the TSX from the Honda UK site. From doing a search, I know at least one member has done it already. Any help would be much appreciated!

in that link you posted the caption was 'custom sunshade' ...

are you sure it's an OEM product and not something that guy got made custom for his car?

It might be cheaper and easier to just tint all your windows.

Yeah, I'm looking for the OEM sunshade that is available everywhere else but here in the US. The one in the link I posted is an aftermarked shade that the forum meber purchased in Singapore, but the OEM shade looks similar to it. A couple of forum members apparently were able to order it from Honda UK, but I'm not sure how to go about doing that. Any suggestions?

Again, why bother with this hassle when you can just do tint instead? The tint is not likely to cost you any more even if you have the side windows done too -- and that'll provide better shading and superior heat rejection as well.

Some states motor vehicle laws prevent or restrict tinting (I live in PA and they definitely do). Also, for those that live in climates that get cold, ideally you might want as much sunlight to come thru the windows as possible to warm the car. Sunshades give you the option to use them during warmer months but then remove them during cooler ones.

I'm not sure if this link will come thru or not, it should be the google translation from the German Honda page. Click the 4th tab under Categories, then go about 2/3 down, there are the factory sunscreens for the Euro Accord. Converted price is about $176. I haven't gotten any shipping information, so I'm not sure what it would take to get them over here...

The shade is manufactured by LAMPA.IT. This is a very large Italian auto accessory company. Information and pics are available at their website. Look at Interior catalogue and then sunshades. The shade is available in the USA from Autosunshade.net for about $29.00. I found this resource from the BMW & VW owners forums. The unit is very sturdy, with the tubular case made of metal and the retractable screen made of a polyester/silk blend. It comes with all the mounting hardware as shown in your original pic link from Mel4fun. I bought mine last year for around $27.95

I'm very interested in this too, particular for our infant. He's still rear-facing, and the sun hits him pretty good. I pull the cover over his infant seat, but soon he'll be moving to a convertible seat and would like to find a quality sun shade for the rear.

I can't figure out which one is which on these websites.

Can someone point out which one is for the TSX? Thanks!

What we have here in Singapore are a few varities. Manual pull up like what the link showed (I think MEl4FUN>>>I know him as we are in the Accord Group) as well as a cheaper version of the centre having a metal rod and then lodging the shade up. Probably around Sing$20 or less here

The last one is a motorised one. There are newer models of motorised ones. Probably around Sing$200 or less here.

The cost will be the shipment from Singapore to US. For us here, these are easy to get, what we are loking for are customised parts.

I will have a look and see to get fresh on the price here. If you wish, drop me an email at s001y@yahoo.com and maybe we can do a barter trade off....

Reviving a very old thread...

I purchased my 2010 TSX used back in 2012 and it came with a 4 piece sun screen kit (1 for each rear window and 2 that together covered the rear windshield). Like an idiot i threw these out since i didn't think i'd ever need sunscreens... fast forward to today and my wife and i are expecting our first child in a few weeks and i'm kicking myself for not having these OEM screens.

Does anyone know where i can order the OEM (or OEM like) Honda sun screens for the side rear windows on a TSX (i think they were originally made for the Euro Accord).

Thanks!
