I drive a 3.2 and I'm on 94-97 accord shocks front and rear...they fit the 3.2 forks...

How's the ride? Softer? Lower ride height? Body roll?

sorry, i don't remember who it was, it about 3 yrs ago... from everything i've read and my own experiences with GC, they have great customer service.

when i called i told them that i had the regular 3.2TL coilover kit for the stock shocks and that one of them blew out. i told them i was going to run koni yellows for the 94-97 accord and that i would need new sleeves and adjusters to fit onto the new shocks (they call them baby sleeves). i asked what springs i should use and they suggested to stick with the same GC springs from the original kit. got my sleeves and adjusters in a few days...

i told Colt45 the same thing as you except i told him to get 4 FRONT baby sleeves for koni yellows for the 94-97 accord because they are longer, otherwise you can't raise the rear of the car more than a finger. he didn't have a problem getting his sleeves either.

i'd try again and see if you can talk to someone else. see if you can get 4 of the longer sleeves as well if you want to be able to raise your car as well...

good luck!

i pretty much told them the same thing that you did but i guess i was dealing with a newbie and he didnt know that i can just order replacement parts and not a whole kit OR they changed the way they do business. i even told him that others have done this and he still wouldnt budge.

so i ended up emailing Mark @ GC[listed on website] and played along that i have an accord but on stock struts and im upgrading to koni. hopefully that works.

ive dealt with them before but it was just to replace one sleeve and collar because the collar got jammed.

I believe you were correct in this assumption, good ol' wikipedia points out that in 1997 3.2 came standard with leather, and 2.5 standard with stiffer? springs. Not just based on compensation for the weight difference, I don't think. Remember, the 2.5 was supposedly the sport whilst 3.2 was luxury.

I'm new to this forum and I've read through the posts on this thread. Me and my cluelesss self accidentally ordered KYB GR-2 springs for my 98 TL...it's almost here and I realized it was for the 2.5 and not the 3.2. I'm installing them myself. Should I just install it and see if it fits or is it known to not fit?
