thank for the concern, it was only me in my car... lady tailgating me had a teen with her and i slowed down she hit me going 50 and my radio flew from my dash to my back window console opened cds were everywhere.....jammed my arm into the steering wheel..... but the idiot witness said i was neglegent driving so the said i was at fault....im definitely taking it to court!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How I hate people who tailgate so harshly... I've seen people who tailgate so badly that when the person they're behind brakes they will go to the emergency lane in such a harsh turn. Usually the person at fault doesn't take the blame which sucks.

Definitely take this to court and have her pay for damages!

Yeah, person behind is usually found to be at fault. Unfortunately that is also the case when someone backs into you and claims you rear-ended them. Happened to me before dash cams were readily available.

Thx for all the feedback im so sad to inform you all, They totalled my car this morning....frame bent, floorboard shifted..... 5,000 in damage.... Stepping down from my TL to a volvo....the volvo is nice but the tl holds a special place in my heart.....you all understand where i come from!!
