Honda service for RDX?
I presume Honda Centers can do most of the maintenance on the RDX at a better price than Acura. Things like oil, filters, fluid flushes, and probably brakes(?)
Though I'm not sure if they would have all required items, like the synthetic oil?

You can have it serviced at the Honda dealer. I did here in Portland, but I had a bad experience . They didn't change the oil as we agreed on, didn't rotate the tires as agreed on. I was ready to make an appointment for service A.and I saw the discrepancy on the three invoices. I decided to do the oil change by myself. For the next service I will take it to Acura dealer.

That could be a problem if they mess it up, e.g. if they use non-synthetic oil...
I guess for the mediocre savings probably not worth it. Acura service is expensive but (knock on wood) has been good so far.

If you're looking for quality work without paying a dealership price, almost every town has at least one mechanic that specializes on Honda and/or Japanese autos in general. I have one less than 10 miles from me that my brother has been going to for over a decade, and I have been using now for the past few years between my car and my wife's Fit.
