Do you have any coolant going to the manifold anymore? Might not hold up long. Good luck on the dyno

Of course, external inlet, it can be seen circled in the picture. if I don t do that it could melt manifold.

Pictures speak for itself, major work was the exhaust manifold (look circle in the picture), close water port, drill to move bottom bolt, adapt external inlet npt fitting. also connection to return all external port to water pump inlet (not to radiator for continue recirculation), oil cap below water intercooler (I ll have to remove for oil change) , but the complete head fit perfectly (you have to use all tsx head part, cover, water port,...... )

THX...

Hi all, I have problem with the exhaust manifold, it broke inside after coolant liquiq by one hose fault, this manifold is very delicate with the temp. I go for aftermarket exhaust manifold. I recommend not do exhaust manifold modification.

Yes, that's not stock, I did turbo upgrade with other company, +70 hp stock housing. There s +100 modifying housing but you have to adapt some parts. I didn t want do modification.

Now, i have big problem, probably i mount t3 turbo as kenb.

Sorry, I was traveling, but I'm done.

Looks same as before

It accelerates fast, feel great, without tuning, I'm just proving reliability, now. But,
turbo load slower 1800rpm oem vs 2500 rpm to4e journal, but excellent after loading.
The external wastegate sounds too much outside, I will connect it to downpipe.
I sometimes have p2263 code, I do not know if I have a bad connection or I need to tune.
I ll check that.

But overall I love it.

Nice! P2263 code, haha; who cares!! You can kill just about anything on the road now. The code is because of the turbo. I had that, but not really worried about it.. Dude PM me your location, would love to meet up and check out your setup!

haha, I don t worried about because this don t affect boost control, but I ll like hondata disable that code (p2263 - p2261), there re many people with oem turbo that have code them.

Thank you, it would be a good idea to meet, but I'll move out soon, so I'll let you know.

mmm, I dont think so, i m with 11 psi, street fuel, vtec point 7300rpm, 7600 revlimit now it feel very well, i m planning 13 to 15 psi with street fuel to see if engine knock resist. Dont want pay race fuel. i dont have bb turbo (t3 to4e), i would like to install gtx28 gen2 to see if check engine off or gtx30 gen2 for full perfomance.

Cam adv, ign... are very different, i had to work hard in this map. I recommend to work hard in your tuned. Remember you have now factory cam and before you had bc cam, Me bc cam a1, now bc cam a2.

I was able to drive on the old map. If you don't run enough boost, you will get a check engine light. Yeah, the aftermarket cams have a more aggressive profile as far as the lobes go.
