I was able to pair my and the wife's iPhone 6S plus to my 08 RDX tech. I think the RDX asked me for a code you want to use and I said "0000". I was replacing our old iPhone 4S with the 6S Plus. I went ahead and deleted any old phone pairings before adding the new phone. I had issues in the past with phone pairing dropping with different phones still in the system like Blackberry and Apple. I really dislike the voice command only phone pairing feature.

Every time I paid a phone, I use a different pin number and it works. Add long as the one you tell the car is same same as the one you put on your phone you should be fine
