Anyone have 2nd Gen CL type S rims on a 1st Gen 2.X CL?
Hi, just like the title says, I am looking to put the 2nd Gen Type S wheels (17x7 55mm offset) onto my 98 2.3cl. My car is dropped with Tein springs (1.6 or 1.8 dropl can't remember). Anyway since it is 4x114.3 and I will have to use 4 to 5 adapters I wanted to see of anyone else has tried this, or know if it will just up rubbing like crazy. I found the wheels and tires super cheap so I figured I would give it a shot if it will since I wanted to go up a size and my stock 16's do not get any traction with my new Potenzas. 97BlackAckCL how thick are they? I want to make sure they sit fairly flush in the wheel well and don't hit or rub. I'm currently running the stock 16's with 204/45 and have a 1.8 inch drop. Also how much do you want for them? Thank you

I would have to measure to know the exact thickness, I think they're about 1.5-1.75" thick
