98 CL Clutch stuck on floor no pressure
Hey guys, So I went to start my car (98 cl 2.3) this morning and pressed the clutch and it did not come back up. First I checked my reservoir and filled it. Next I replaced the clutch master cylinder and still no pressure sending the clutch back up so I replaced the clutch slave. I have bled the system but still with the slightest pressure on the clutch it goes to the floor and stays. Now I'm tracing the lines and in between the master cylinder and the slave it is hard to see but it seems to enter some sort of device...is this my problem? I don't know what it is and as I mentioned it is hard to see without taking a ton of stuff apart. Any help with this would be appreciated. Thanks

I had an accord that had a leak and all I ever had to do was put fluid back in the slave cylinder reservoir and pump it back up and it would work. I am not sure what else it attaches to but will watch this thread to see the answers (as the accord and now the CL is the only two foreign cars I have owned)

it really sounds like you have air in the system i know you bled it before but maybe after all the parts you replaced you didnt tighten one of the lines that its still getting air in...if you did all that then most likely its just a bad Clutch master cylinder

only time i ever seen that was on a '96 honda del sol and it was a clutch master cylinder that had to be bolted on basically behind the clutch pedal underneath the dash and then just bleed and adjust the clutch
