Talking Tint, Corners, and Blackhouse

Though I'd share the pics of what I've done in the last 2 weeks. The Blackhousing was seriously a PITA lol. Everything turned out great though. I also got got some pretty snazzy clear corners. The tint shop I went to had SunTek Carbon film and they only offered 38, 35, 30, and then went down to 18, and a few lower. The 18 was waaay too dark and I don't really like cop trouble, so I went with 30. 35 is legal in OR. The sides look just a little light, so I'm going back next week and they gonna do the front windshield at like a 60-70% and they also adding this strip on the back windshield where it's missing some tint because they couldn't do it at the time. Anyway, I'll quit talking here are the pictures:

Tell me what you think!
PS: Pics are off my phone, don't hate lol.

Looks good! Although I still don't understand the mentality of tinting the windshield, esp when you live in the woods without streetlights.

I'm like 7 min away from the City and thats where I am 95% of the time when im driving lol. If I do the front a little bit it'll darken the sides, and it'll barely be noticable anyway at 60-70%.

Blackhousing came out great, you should think about blackhousing the clear corners, there's a diy for it. Oh and the tint looks good too, with regards to the back windshield, did they have trouble with the dots at the top?

Yeah it was the dots or it was this seperated piece of heat lines. they're gonna wet sand the strip, and paint over it with black, so it looks like the other black paint around the edges, it'll just be thicker at the top.

Nice car. Its hard for those dots to come out uniform. Its a ceramic coating...and the tint is designed to stick to glass. I usually wet sand them a little bit before I tint them and it seems to help. But I have a big sign in the front of my shop saying "I do what I can to make it look good...but I AM NOT LIABLE FOR MILKYNESS OR HAZE IN A DOT MATRIX".
