Pics of my Yakima RR and Thule

Got tired of having top always having to drive the Exploder to the mountains to go snowboarding, so I picked up a Yakima roof rack and threw my old SportRack Thule on it. Gave the car a quick wash yesterday, but +8 weather is melting whats left of the little snow we have so it got a little dirty.

That looks so out of place on the CL, but props to you for using the car to it's fullest

You could get a side job at the morgue now...

Sorry, that's what came to mind when I saw it! Love that it's convenient and gets the job done though.

Its hit and miss with some people, I think it looks better in person. I'm using it to haul spare parts right now actually as my trunk is full of tires haha.

Just a quick roller my buddy shot of it last weekend before we got a huge dump of snow.

Also just got back from a ski/snowboarding trip to Banff and finally put it to use. Its a little louder on the highway on a windy day, and does cause a lot of extra drag making 5th gears uphill pulls harder. But overall it works great and it was nice to be able to throw our snowy gear up there instead of inside the car.
