Lubricate Door Seals?

Whelp...winter has finally descended on my part of the Northern Hemisphere and we are "enjoying" the ebb and flow of warmer days and icy overnight temps which welds doors shut once the moisture freezes overnight. One of these days I'm going to tear a door seal. What does everyone do to avoid this? Lube the seals I'm guessing, but what to use that won't peel paint off the door or attract dust?

Is it April yet??

To lubricate rubber seals any silicone spray will do.

Nope, no paint damage. Silicone is not corrosive.
